TRIP PREP

In 2019 my husband, David,  and I rented a narrowboat for the first time in Ellesmere, England.  We enjoyed ourselves so much during that short week cruising slowly down the canals, walking on the tow paths to explore the nearby villages, and enjoying the scrumptious pub meals along the way. Upon our return home, David started researching narrowboat rentals in the UK hoping for another canal boat experience in our future. We were fortunate to find a marina and the guidance of David Dare in Lower Heyford  just north of Oxford.   Unfortunately, our trip was delayed a couple of years as we, along with the entire world, rode out the pandemic as best we could putting life on hold. Now we are counting down the days until  our departure later this month.
